Belonging to Vinos & Bodegas’ Group, Bodegas Don Quijote S.A. has more than 40.000 sqm for red and white grape reception and processing, and also for commercialization of bulk wine all over the world. It can process 50 million kilos of grape per year, with over 150 tanks for the storage of 40 million liters.

With state-of-the-art technology for grape processing, our facilities have an aseptic room for wine storage between 0 - 5ºC with a capacity of 8 million liters, as well as utrafiltration systems, updated equipment for centrifugation and filtration. Related to our production capacity, among others, 20 million liters of controlled fermentation can be produced, along with a separate area for organic wine production.
